ou have corrupted partition efs.install root, install CWM, install Aroma Filemanager
Run the built-in terminal file manager (press menu / select in the list of "open console" or "terminal").
Prescribes the team (after each enter - enter):
code
mke2fs / dev/block/mmcblk0p3
mount-w-t ext4 / dev/block/mmcblk0p3 / efs
reboot
Reboot (reboot system now) then restore from backup
good luck.

Hey brother....,
This is very simple thing. You have efs damaged phone. Its the reason of this. Don't give up it continue with help. I also did few sets last week. I did using Octopus. It's tested

1. Flash by odin
2.Make hard reset
3.Put it download mode and do EFS Repair by Octopus Box
4.After reboot phone ( If ok ) you see 0049xxx imei and 00000000 serial
5.IMEI repair can do Z3X or Octopus
6.But serial only work for me by Octopus

If not success contact me

Flash this file on PDA slot via Odin..,
then go to recovery mode, and you will not see E: failed to mount /efs (Invalid argument))
After that you have 0049----- Imei.., the rebuild Imei with box ( Octopus, Z3x., etc )

If still bootloop, do factory reset and wipe cache..,
