Samsung i9300 flashing fail on odin and BST


A i9300 with hang on samsung logo problem and I try to flash it with single file package with PIT in BST, but it shows the following --

Error happend while updating device

And when I try it with Odin3 V3.07 it shows -

Many time posted.......... When NAND Write fail.... its EMMC ISSUE........ REPLACE IT.......
