need help pls. about samsung i9103.

i have one samsung i9103.
IMEI - null
Baseband - unknown.

i try many times use free tool for boot repair.
boot repair show is done /success. but not result for repair imei, same as before usb not recognize. and imei not repair by Z3x box.

i think boot is not repair.

it's possible boot repair free tools ? and possible imei write ?
