JTAG a S8 ? Maybe UFS dumping, but thats nearly impossible. Samsung isnt dumb

IT is possible that the loader u are trying to flash the bootloader with isn"t compatible.

also , u could try the SD Card method, u only need a dump from a working phone.

it very easy and simple to solve .. you have to download unbrick file from here and unbrick using .bat inside it, then phone will enter download mode
now flash correct firmware

I will try this. Friend hasn't gotten back phone to me yet but I appreciate your help. Anyone had luck using this debrick method yet?

Hello ,i have one s8 plus g955u after flash combination pc no detect in dowmload mode ,only detect in upload mode i can see samsung modem port ,is like disable dowmload mode ,apreciate any help.

I actually think these files are legit. I mean what's the harm it can do? Break the phone more then it is now lmao

I have SM-G955U firehose programmers and xml files.. ive revived multiple hard bricks but have only tested on rev1 bootloaders.. not sure if works on rev2 or rev3 bootloaders

Hey how did you even open the s8 or the note 8 without breaking the screen completely

Why would he open the device? It's a soft brick in EDL mode. And if you want to open it for what ever reason ya gotta start at the back glass with heat...Screen comes off afterwards

Oh I thought this was for bricked devices that do not turn on at all. And only shows QLOADER in drivers. That's what I thought these files are for
