HELP - A505FN/DS RMM / prenomal triggered - device not booting / no DM /Recovery

Hey folks,

just had a customer here with a self try for twrp on his A505FN but with direct booting into OS after flash instead of TWRP _> RMM bypass/fix and now the device doesn't do anything except for the red text "only official..." on top of the screen, the A50 logo and some kind of text with official software.
I can't access download mode. I tried with cable and all key combinations and USB ports I found. I even tried with Service cablo to USB-C on my z3x box and once even on a mac (just for sience ) to maybe get it into download mode but nothing works.

Has anyone any tip on how to get it back to flash stock rom (from there I'll try my luck with root and magisk again but with RMM bypass).

After the device shows the above mentioned text it turns off like 5 seconds after. It doesn't restart on it's own. It does restart on it's own when it's plugged into pc / wall socket.

Thanks in advance

Ok Problem solved. The trick is to turn it off, then hold both volume keys and plug it in. It is as simple as that.
Have a nice weekend
