Too many pattrens attempts -samsung galaxy y pro duos B5512
 

Samsung B 5512 is asking for the google account.
The google account was created new for the phone and it is not remember. But i remember the password.
The main issue is to save the data.
Is it possible to save the data at this stage?
Is internet required at the time of putting Google account and password to unlock it?

Experts Please help.

Hard reset will remove all your personal data inside phone, try to use any third party tool who supports removing google ac without removing data.

How to remove google account. Please help

Do hard reset, search in forum or google for hard reset procedure.

With hard reset, i will loss the data. How to save the data.

as i wrote in my first post @ this thread.

its not possible to save all data @ this stage.
