how do i a make a samsung phone think its been formatted without it being formatted my question is manly for galaxy verizion phones what i want to do is for example flash a cache file that formats tehe phone but i dont want it to format the phone i want it to make the phone think it has been formatted sorry for the craziness LOL i hope someone understands what i mean
