電話にて*#27663368378#をタップし、「ServiceMode」を開く
次のように操作
UMTS→DEBUG SCREEN→PHONE CONTOROL→NETWORK LOCK

NW LOCK NVDATA IN ~をタップ

メニューボタンから数回Backを押して

NETWORK CONTROL→GCF

GSM/GPRS/WCDMA ONをタップ

再起動をし、SIMを刺せば電話番号を読み込んでいる事が解ると思うので設定からネットワーク変更を行って 通話テストやAPN追加をしてみてください。

これでSIMアンロック完了です。

KDDIROMだと素早くLTEに切り替わる事は無いようなのですが、ほっとけばつながりますね。

テザリング等々も問題ないように感じます。

Load Firmware Using Odin SCL22.
Choose to the AP and then only to the downloaded firmware. Best Start.

After flash is complete, full wipe SCL22
Shutdown. Between the Volume Up + Home + Power to enter recovery

Restart your computer, install the original.
This time machine is not installed sim offline!

Type the following command to unlock: * # 27663368378 #

UMTS → → DEBUG SCREEN PHONE NETWORK LOCK CONTOROL → →
LOCK IN NW NVDATA

NETWORK CONTROL → → GCF GSM / GPRS / WCDMA ON

Type in the command: # 7465625 * 638 *
Then click on the OK!

Shutdown. Remove the battery. Insert Sim. Jumpstart. Top Song!

Thanks for this. Can you confirm this works with other Japanese carriers or international carriers? eg Softbank? Softbank prepaid? Docomo?

Are there any side effects? Some people say MMS doesnt work after unlocking. Not sure.
