wcelgsm's method is absolutelly right and it worked for me, he had some problems explaining it though.

The thing is basically that you have to create a Play Store account, activate my xperia theft protection, this time with your new created account, counting with 15-20 seconds time gaps.

For that you have to turn off and on again your device several times and in some steps you have to be really quick. Once the device is on your hands, you can deactivate mxtp again.

Steps:

- Turn on and click following in all the first setting steps quickly. The block screen jumps and then you connect to wifi on it. Turn off.

- Turn on and go quickly to settings > users, change to guest, so that you have full time to create a new Play Store account with your email and password. Change back to owner and turn off.

- Turn on and create a settings shortcut on the desktop so that you access faster in the next setps, you´ll really need it. Turn off.

- Turn on and go to settings > security and activate my xperia protection.

Shurely you´ll need several attemps until you get it and you may expend one attemp just studying the steps.

What you´re gonna find when you click activate is an acceptance button, a screen to insert your email, a screen to insert your pass and a final acceptance screen (if I remember right).

There are a couple of moments when the system is thinking stealing your yet tiny time. I´d recomend you use a short email and pass account, even if you have to create one to later change it. At the end, the system keeps thinking while the block screen comes back. You turn off and on and try to make the same but when you try to activate my xperia, the device seems to be thinking (doing nothing or stuck) and that you´re gonna lose an attempt, but it actually means that it´s creating your account in myxperia dot sonymobile dot com.

The blocking screen may jump again and this may take a couple of turn off and ons, but then when you turn on the device and it is unblocked.

- You receive an email from myxperia dot sonymobile dot com, at this point the device is on your hands, with the mxtp on, but controled by you. You can now deactivate it or on.
- Now you can reset to factory settings and configure it as you wish, so that you are sure the old account is no longer in the system (as you wish).

Hope it works for all of you and enjoy it, and hope I have explained it a bit clearer, at least enough to achieve it.

Thank you so much wcelgsm!
I was hard to understand but something was telling me your method was right and was the answer, after trying almost everything else!
Ive manage to make most of the step up to when sony send the email of activation. Problem is each time i try to deactivate the my xperia theft protection the screen block kicks in exactly the second i am about to confirm the deactivation. No matter how fast or how many shortcut I do I end up the same. The screen takes sooooo much to load and once it does i have 1 to two seconds before the screens blocks. Any ideas?

First sorry for my bad English but that is not my contry language
Today i Bypassed Myxperia protection on Sony xperia m4 Aqua successful i will give instruction...THIS WORK ONLY ON ANDROID 5.0 and 5.1!!!
You have 15 seconds before the lock comes on your screen
1.You have to go in settings and make reset ,when you click the reset button wait few second and it will reset even if show the lock just press the reset button few times
2.When it reset you will have to activate it (insert language, connect to wifi)
for 15 second(you can restart the device if you coudnt make it in first time
3.When you activate it when you boot the device and unlock the screen there will be ,a google play icon you will have to click it and insert fast your gmail and password...when you insert the gmail successful you will have to go to settings>security and activate Myxperia protection when you do thath reboot your device and go fast in setting about and look for update for android 6.0
4.Connect the device on Sony PC Companion and when it show your phone click Software update(NOT REPAIR!!!)when you click it it will start download the new firmware
5.After the update is successful your phone will be bypassed and it going to use your gmail go in setting and activate then deactivate the myxperia protection
6.Now you are free to make restore again and the phone will be usble and like new )

At every step you will need to reboot your device because it will lock at every 15 second and you will have to be very fast at inserting the gmail and password!

Sorry again for bad English if that help you press the Thanks button and if you want you can make ,a donate at my paypall

it is normal the screen is black and not display the language options then restart up to show the initial settings options.
complete the settings (language settings etc ..) should complete until the end that opens the menu

the end time will show the protective screen device restart and continue!
