rescue data ?

Have bricked xperia Z1 compact.
Is possible rescue data from it ?
Something like dumping internal memory.

Have wroten on official forum ( inserting URL is unfortunately blocked in this forum ) , but no success there :-(

Device was rooted by kingsroot ( without PC).
Look for topic "rescue data " in official Sony forum ( inserting URL is blocked by this forum).

Have following idea:

-install recovery ClockworkMod
( hopefully will not destroy user data )
-backup via NANDroid
-somehow copy items created in /data/media/clockworkmod/backups

Looks this plan good , or is there Some problem and data will not be rescued ?
