You are not using Windows XP. Correct work can only be guaranteed on Windows XP operating system.
You have slow cpu. Correct work can only be guaranteed on cpu with frequency 2 GHz or more.
Restoring to factory defaults
The handset should be loaded in operating system(Android) to proceed with factory reset
The phone modem device should be seen in device manager. Usually its name is "LGE CDMA Usb Modem #xx"
Sometimes it is necessary to leave cp-download mode to make factory_reset
Factory defaults successfully restored
