need help for unbrick my lg h650

here is problm with me . i m flash lg h650 with LGUP and using this frimware H65020A_00_0428.kdz during flash set hang and restart with this mode . and not go to download mode. detect as LGE AndroidNet USB Serial port (COM13) . not to flash or read info with any tool .
