1. Download either LG Bridge or LG PC Suite from the table above and install it on your PC.
2. Download DiskImageRev2 also from the table above and extract it onto a folder on your PC.
3. Make your SD Card bootable by flashing the Loader.img file on the SD Card using DiskImageRev2.
a. First, format your SD Card.
b. Go to the folder where you have extracted DiskImageRev2 and open it. Remember, you have downloaded it from the first table above.
c. Slot your SD Card in a card reader and connect it to your PC.
d. Launch DiskImageRev2 on your PC - as Admin preferrably.
e. On launch, DiskImageRev2 should detect and display the drive where your SD Card is connected. If otherwise, browse to select the drive.
f. From DiskImageRev2, browse to the folder where you saved/copied the Loader.img file on your PC and select it.
g. Now, click Write and wait until DiskImageRev2 completes the process.

Once DiskImageRev2 has successfully written the files on the SD Card, your SD Card is now bootable! You may now insert it on your LG K371 ( Phoenix 2 ) and boot the device just by powering on the phone.

4. Slot / insert the SD Card in your LG K371 ( Phoenix 2 ) card slot and power on the phone by pressing the power button a couple of seconds.
5. Hold on for few seconds while the phone boots to recovery. Sometimes, it might take up to 2 to 5 minutes before your LG K371 ( Phoenix 2 ) boots to recovery mode using this method.
6. Connect your LG K371 ( Phoenix 2 ) to the PC and wait while the drivers are being installed on your PC.
7. Launch LG Bridge (LG PC Suite) depending on the one you have installed on the PC.
8. LG Bridge or LG PC Suite will detect your LG K371 ( Phoenix 2 ) and display an upgrade prompt.
9. Follow the steps as instructed by LG Bridge to complete the firmware installation.
10. Once the installation is completed, your LG K371 ( Phoenix 2 ) will reboot. You can now complete the setup step from the phone screen.
