i have installed twrp, rooted and unlocked this phone as well as unrooted it-i am sure the customer will not like the unlocked bootloader message-can i relock the bootloader and keep the network unlock?

Sure you can. Flash stock firmware and them lock bl, network unlock will remains untouched.
