I had this issue installing iOS 15.2 beta3 on iPhone 7 using iTunes. After brainstorming I was able to come up with a better solution. I decided to share the solution to help others struggling as well. iOS 15.2beta3 is limited where you can download it. Please see the video below for full instructions. Check Here
