how to remove pattern lock this phone....

try all keys for hard reset but not success,
volcano also not success........

no bro tool hang,

not going to fastboot mode, when i press vol up + power phone goes to factory test menu,
when volume down + power phone shows broken android logo.
volume up+down+power set goes on.
volcano can detect in SPD tab but can't read anything.

i search alot but this model not finding , may be new..

cant reset by any method colors mobile send to company

First you press Volume Down + Power.
At the broken android logo you first keep Volume Down pressed then press Power button once.

2-open software Mobogenie
3- connect mobile
4-click one root
5- it driver ok
6- open volcano box
7-click andriod
8 to select adm mode
9-cpu type spd620 select
10-choose reset gmail
11 star click

connect gpg dragon..untick scan pinout, select spd tab,select format ,select 8810,tich userdata .and finally click start
