all hdc roms for note are based for either mt6589 or mt6582 mediatek cpu's.

you can try some flashtool backups from link above .
seems didn't worked for me though :(
all got S_FT_ENABLE_DRAM_FAILED(4032)

so far i came to conclusion for no android version 4.4 rom found on internet for alps rom for samsung note 3 .
i am trying the test point preloader way .
if got succeed , i'll update the thread .

finally done :D
got handset with same chipset .
read backup with MTK droid tools and converted for flash tool and flashed handset successfully.

uploading file .
will post link ASAP.

i done too..but cannot rebuild imei ...is that IMEI ok?

Use latest MTK Droid Root & Tools

Or

Imei&SN writer [Android MTK 6572 Imei Tool.rar]

To repair imei for your fone.
