S4 I9500 MT6575 hang on blue display

Hi i have S4 I9500 cpu mt6575 problem was download application not work but i flash with volcano box now phone in on but blue display i try to write flash with factory tool but getting error any one help me whats error is this i try with many file factory tool but stop on 3%........

you need to know befor

"LCD Driver IC" DSP_BL

try to find and change it on directory flash file good chance

But i write that file which is read same ok phone i have at this time another ok phone how to read factory tool readback can you tell me please...
