This is not a factory .pac file, but some kind of backup. Did you flashed it ever? I'm affraid it's useless. The non-yaffs2 partitions have to be truncated before flashing and the system.img seems to be not perfectly created. A phone won't boot after flashing this.

I'm sorry but I'm quite experienced in using Spreadtrum's ResearchDownload software. I tried to use your uploaded backup, but some files have to be truncated by a hex editor before flashing or the flashing process will stop due size error. The system.img is still not working. I'm not just talking but I've tried to flash your files and they don't work.
Btw, here is the latest Spreadtrum flasher: ResearchDownload_R2.9.7001

Here are some working .pac files:

I don't have any more factory pac files. They are very rare unfortunately. I have some pac files created by me, but I couldn't test them yet, so I won't provide them. I think that's very important to provide carefully tested firmwares only because a bad file can brick the phones of other users. That means somebody may lost his/her value.

You should flash the same version what you had originally. Different versions may contain different LCD drivers not compatible each other.

Yes, research download can make pac files but you have to load all images separately. Then click on the 'Packet' button.
