Another interesting form to test caps I use is with an ESR Meter. You can find info about how to DIY, there are a lot of manuals about it.

I face a problem to find the charging base ways to can make the phone charging correctly or try to replace the charge usb but I face a problem to find a new one .

When inserting other brand sim phone goes auto off shortly

I have a chinese mobile which drains mobile very quickly and also gets hanged often, when i check it with dc power supply, it also shows sign that the mobile is short , analog multimeter also shows sign of short as it moves slightly forward and stay there as a sign of short but on the other hand, i have 2 other mobiles, 1 samsung grand neo plus and another chinese one which i bought recently box packed. They dont have any considerable or noticeable fault, when i check them through dc power supply, there is no sign of short but when i check it with analog multimeter, it shows sign of short as when i connect the probes of multimeter to the opposite sides of battery connector, the needle also moves slightly above 0 and stay on it which is generally considered as a sign of faulty and short mobile but they work fine and are newly bought box packed. Plz clarify?
