you need to unlock boot loader 1st if you cant you need to flash using latest firmware on phone getvar to check. make sure it is the right 1 as the gpt does not flash proper if wrong version of rom

you have wrong firmware use script getvar and post I will find right firmware for you has to be stock unless you unlock boot loader
