Motorola XT2163-4 (moto g pure) device unlock error

Hello!

Has it happened to any of you that you try to unlock this device and in the process it returns to the list of settings, and after the second attempt the application closes with an error?

I have 10 devices with the same error and I can't solve the problem, any help is appreciated.
