Needs Surface RT Recovery - GSM-Forum

My Surface RT has recovery mode,
I have to need recover via USB Flash drive.
Recovery file available on Microsoft support section.
File size almost 2.9gb
I tried to download more time with 3mbps speed.
after some times download get error.
I have to need another direct link or any torrent link for full download.
Please provide a link.

i have same problem
but finaly download done recovery files
but the ipad can not boot into recovery mode
how to boot into recovery mode
