Can't read IMEI, backup will be skipped.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Looking for NAND disk...Not found.
Things to check:
1. Is the phone connected?(Plug to the USB)
2. Is it in the correct mode?(Try to switch to OSBL mode)
3. Have you installed the Qcom loader ?(Use the Install button)

Any help??????

Hi,

Make sure you have latest Nokia Care Suite installed and detected by it. If NCS can detect the phone, NSS will too. Also check the 'Kill Zune services' box to prevent Zune launch on every phone reboot during the unlock process.

Hi Folks...

Was looking at buying a Nokia Lumia 925.
Is this software able to unlock it...?
Do you require and special cables or just the ones supplied with the phone..?
and i read on another site that not all the features are free and you have to purchase a anual subscription.... is this true..?
