it's from a AA6T-14B321-EA ford fiesta 2010 with eprom S25A32 that i read like 95320 with tl866 programmer

hi
strange problem. i use tl866cs programmer.
i try several times to program the eprom and always error:
codeadress 0x000 buf_value:0x24 IC_Val:0x000630
i leave it and before to post here for help, i try again and in one second programming ok.
can anybody explain me this problem because with other eproms ia have the same problem but at the end not ok.
