For simple diagnostic use an ELM327

You just had my interest with the question that You've asked, and in short I'd actually recommend You MultiDiag Pro, for not only being able to cover a lot of modules to perform diagnosis to it, but for a heft of other stuff !
it costs about 220 $ + shipping fees.

i want invest in this job soon but to me i want start with Delphi 150E or launch x431 pros mini

what do you think the specialist ?

Well, I'd choose the pros mini over the ds150e for the chinese makers coverage plus the capabilities (Special fuctions) !
it's even more cheaper than launch x431 pro V tablet or Gscan2.

The following tools are actually of the best known for such a business:

1- Londsor K518ise.
2- Xhorse VVDI Key Tool.
3- Tango Key Programmer (purchased along with Orange 5 Programmer).

These are the top 3 tools that are known to be magnificent when it comes to Auto Key programming !

this particular one (handy baby 2) is said to be great as well when it comes to cloning chips, for it supports a Huge variety of chips to program, but keep in mind it's said to not work together with CN1 or CN2 Chip, needs to work with specially designed Handy Baby King Chip and Handy Baby Super Chip.

The Pic below shows a comparison to the earlier version of handy baby capabilities.

it depend on your condition
if you are technician,you need to by a professional that as much as possible work on more brand

but if you are a diy user,just buy a simple tool,obd2 scanner,like ELM327
