VAG 11.11 Not plugged into car. (VCDS Clone)

Hi, after buying this cable of BuySku and being really impressed by the price, i decided to give it a go. The cable worked brilliantly first time and did what i wanted it to do, i recently bought a new airbag module and needed it coded, but my VAG cable kept giving me an error : Status - Not Plugged into Car. The cable is still being detected by the software supplied
(interface found) , Green LED is constantly on.

Would be ideal if some is offering a repair service as I don't have any knowledge with flashing these cables.
