Is there anyway to disable Computrace on a Dell E5570 laptop?

I have used a service tag generator to get the BIOS Password but I am unable to disable the Computrace option in Bios also cannot unlock HDD password but i am happy to replace the HDD if this isn't possible

Computrace for Dell laptops is disabled by a special utility, but it is not freely available.
