Sorry, but free support for that model is not available yet.
Looks like your options are limited to either contacting Dell support (They can help you) Here:
RouteTo
or pay a commercial password site.
Such as:
Bios Password Recovery -This site owner is kind enough to offer us a break. This is discount code for gsmhosting users: D972026940
Code is valid till April 30th.
Just enter this code before Paypal processing.

As always, be careful who you send money to.
No matter which direction you decide to go, Please report back with who you used and your thoughts on their service.

Hi, your desktop unit does not work like these laptops. Your motherboard has a bios password reset jumper. Google your manual, it has directions and motherboard diagram showing location.

I read the Dell teckspecs PDF, but I'm not really tech savvy enough to figure it out.
I really don't want to have to pay someone to do this for me, so if it's in possible I would really appreciate a password that would let me in.

Sorry, but like I said desktop units are different animals from laptops. The password generator doesn't work on desktops. But what the heck, won't hurt to try one of these:

Hey uguber, if the above passwords don't work (they probably won't) look at this.

Dell Latitude 2100
Service Code 37ZSXL1
System No 37ZSXL1-2A7B

Master password:

pTypFcJNnqegDy8R
Instructions:
Passwords are for QWERTY keyboard only (standard US). Case sensitive. Some units only require pressing <enter> after password, some require pressing <ctrl>+<enter> after password and some require holding down <ctrl> while pressing <enter> once or twice.
Please report back with results. Good luck.
