Looks like your options are limited to either contacting Dell support (They can help you) Here: RouteTo or pay a commercial password site. Such as: Bios Password Recovery -This site owner is kind enough to offer us a break. This is discount code for gsmhosting users: D972026940 Code is valid till April 30th. Just enter this code before Paypal processing. As always, be careful who you send money to. No matter which direction you decide to go, Please report back with who you used and your thoughts on their service. | |

Member: 1908464 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | Thanks so much for your help. I have a new problem. I got thru the sys password but now its asking for a HDD. I'm sure this is probably normal. The HDD tag is MJD0S906684-595B. I was having a prob in the past before I forgot the sys password. When I booted up it was acting like the P key was stuck. But it wasn't doing that until window7 loaded and needed a user password and it was impossible to put it in due to the PPPPP key being stuck or so it seemed. But the p key wasn't stuck during sys pass enter screen just windows came up. If you have any ideas It would be sooo much appreciated. Again Thank you . Verdigo |
