It accepts it but tells you that you have chosen to use a pword 'supplied by dell' and that it will erase all data on the hard drive if you choose to use it. Is there a non destructive way to do this, it doesn't seem like there is.

Hi, or you sure the System Disabled code number is correct? 35844 reports as bad hash.

On the screen that asks for password, is there a 8 to 11 digit service tag number followed by a dash and 3 digit suffix?

Yes I have checked few times and once I enter 3 wrong passwords this is the code which came up always.

What should I do?
