On the screen that tells you to enter password, there should be a 8 to 11 digit service tag number with 3 digit suffix displayed, Please post that number and I can help.

Alright, same password but try different process.

Instructions:
Passwords are for QWERTY keyboard only (standard US). Case sensitive. Some units only require pressing <enter> after password, some require pressing <ctrl>+<enter> after password and some require holding down <ctrl> while pressing <enter> once or twice.
