Awesome! First one did the trick and got me in to bios set-up on my Dell latitude x-300. I appreciate you taking the time to answer these posts.

The HDD is password protected on this one too so that is my next project. Might end up having to replace it...

Yoy may be right on the replacement. What kind of error code or tag number does display on password request screen?

Hi, if it's a bios password you need i am unable to help. If windows password I can recommend a program to help.
