Hello, your desktop unit has a clear password jumper on the motherboard. Look at this manual pdf, go to page 68. It shows location of jumper.

Procedure:
Shut down computer.
UNPLUG computer.
Open case, remove jumper.
Plug computer in, restart.
Should get message saying password cleared.
Shut down computer.
UNPLUG computer.
Replace jumper.
Close up case, plug in, restart.
