I've tried to set these passwords as a "Master Paswword" but unfortunetely they are not working
Is there other way, maybe another passwords to reset BIOS?

Try one of these other instructions with same passwords. If doesn't work then sorry I'm out of suggestions.

Dell Latitude E5500 has two bios versions. Old is 2a7b new is 1f5a.
If it's 16VRF4J-2a7b, password would be:
Xf0Yf94Z03dyE24Q --zero between f and Y, also between Z and 3--
Enter password, hold down CTRL then press ENTER twice.

If it's 16VRF4J-1f5a then:

Hi, your desktop unit has a bios password reset jumper on the motherboard. Look up the manual for it and there should be a diagram showing location. And also instructions on how to clear password.
