Actually, I already sent a request to Dell, but they gave me a wrong password. Then they said I have to change the motherboard... But I know my motherboard is okay, it's just the bios that block everything...
I'm afraid to pay for another password, maybe they will send me the same as Dell...
I don't know what to do.

Hi, sometimes the password is correct but the input procedure is wrong. Did they tell you to type in password then hold down <ctrl> and press <enter> twice? Try it and let me know.

Sorry, but the E6520 has a algo suffix of 1D3B which is not doable with free generators.
