There is no one magic password, each one is specific to each laptop.
Ok, does it display a 11 char plus 4 char service tag number? Or does it give a system disabled code after 3 wrong password attempts?

Well, if you generated several passwords using code 14194 and none of them worked them I'm afraid it is time to replace hard drive
