Sorry, but free support for that model is not available yet.
Looks like your options are limited to either contacting Dell support (They can help you) Here:
RouteTo
or pay a commercial password site.
Such as:
Bios Password Recovery

As always, be careful who you send money to.
No matter which direction you decide to go, Please report back with who you used and your thoughts on their service.

While this guide didn't help me find a password (all the resultant passwords I got via this guide's suggestions were invalid), it did inspire me to try something rather random. I removed the ram, booted up with no ram, let the netbook yell (beep) at me a few times and yanked the battery mid-beep. Put the ram and battery back in and it's booting fine now. Don't know why it worked, but it might work for others as well.

Give this a try:

uxqdol0e l=small L, 0=zero

Instructions:
Passwords are for QWERTY keyboard only (standard US). Case sensitive. Some units only require pressing <enter> after password, some require pressing <ctrl>+<enter> after password and some require holding down <ctrl> while pressing <enter> once or twice.
Please report back with results. Good luck.
