Looks like your options are limited to either contacting Dell support (They can help you) Here: RouteTo or pay a commercial password site. Such as: Bios Password Recovery As always, be careful who you send money to. No matter which direction you decide to go, Please report back with who you used and your thoughts on their service. |

Some units only require pressing <enter> after password, some require pressing <ctrl>+<enter> after password and some require holding down <ctrl> while pressing <enter> once or twice.
