The screen has a blue rectangular box with the title: Enter System Password and a grey input area; above the box is "Service Tag: 3307PP1"; below the box is "Please type in the system or administrator password and press <Enter>." The device doesn't seem to have a suffix, but has a 7-digit service tag. Vostro 3350 Service Tag: 3307PP1 I would appreciate a generated password, or else more information regarding what needs to be done to unlock this machine. Thanks. |
