It was not accepted (master password) because Inspiron 700m/710m use a different algorithm. Power on computer and enter any password 3 times, the next time computer will ask to enter "master password" or a similar message, enter this password:

45219876

P.S. My algorithm still have a bug and it works about 19 out 20 times I use it.

might also need hdd password cuz when i rest the bios the take apart way it asked for it hdd password ser# c3289860 500gb. if ya need more info let me know.
