I used a USB keyboard, in fear of my laptop keyboard not reliable.

I wonder if there is away to unlock this to get my stuff out. And I swear I will never buy a dell laptop.

It appears you have the right password (r23orbqr). Did you try pressing <ctrl> + <enter> at same time after entering password.
