Here your last chance, Remove your dell default keyboard completely (hardware) plug in an USB external one then retry all previouse passwords..

As expect I hung up after 20min of waiting for someone to answer... I'll try that in the weekend and report back if it worked or not.

Hello,

I'm not sure if this thread is still active as far as people getting free help, but I figured I would try.

I have a Dell Inspiron 15R laptop that has a hard drive password.

The System Disabled error code is: C00B1B29A6BF67AC
The system Service Tag is: JZBTFW1
The HDD model is: ST9500420AS

From that same website, did you try just typing your service tag and see if the passwords it generates work? That's where I got mine too, some people don't know about it so I figured I would try to help. :-)
