I was saying that I know dell's first owner, i have the bill, warranty papers, I know his adress, name, zip, etc. I can say at the telephone that I am the owner(they don't see me), even I can present first owner's ID scanned, but it will work? What else can they ask for at the phone? I can get this password for free, or I have to pay anyway? I get this password personal(at Dell's dealers shop) or they will give it at the phone? I ask you this because I have only one shot, haven't I? Thanks for you patience! |

None work am afraid so here is the full service tag Hard disk #204DMHU9EVF-595B, Info underneath Srvice tag FFWTOJ Express Service Code 336-132-128-35. informed client if this fails ill need a old school ide to sata hdd conecter and i use my hdd unlock software to do it. if not repalce hdd. there is possaiblity orignal owner typed in there own password so key generators will be useless. Have a go with new info if that not work ill try my sec option. Thanks | |
