wont work already use 3 different keyboard always wrong password i was able to formate and install cctk try to modifie admin pass but no luck

yes my bad for the service tag,
fBrBprZtc40URtHR is t he right code - I am assuming you are minding the caps one more hint sometimes shift keys are not working use the caps lock for the big letters and after 4 next character is zero

no luck always wrong password just calculate to another d dell and works fine keyboard , this model wont accept password will open and read bios
