No reset jumper on this model. Dell says they wont help because I am not the original purchaser and cant tell them who the original purchaser is because I bought it used.

Anyone know how to get these BIOS passwords reset?

You should post all the symbols You see on the screen after pressing the unlock button. see othe posts for an example

I think you may have repeated the last "42" by mistake. There should only be 11 caracters in total in the service tag.
Your Service Tag should be : 3CJCL42-6FF1

Check the Dell Service Tag number for accuracy. I think one of the characters may be in error. All I find is a Hard Drive Password - ggggg7gn
