excuse me , I don't know where place my request about a
DELL mini Inspiron 1018-P09T (model 1018-9310)
hdd password error code: 10247, service tag: 360QWN1
hdd toshiba MK2565GSX, S/N: 90PCBGRSB KA6 E.A

You could try one of these. But honestly, not sure they'll work.

Most units only require pressing <enter> after password, some require pressing <ctrl>+<enter> after password and some require holding down <ctrl> while pressing <enter> once or twice. Good luck.

Looks like your options are limited to either calling Dell support or pay a commercial password site.

Are you sure "J80YVP1-595B" is correct number?
Are you looking for bios or HHD password?

it says with dell screen, please enter system or admin password , when i enter this it goes no ware
