Passwords are for QWERTY keyboard only (standard US)
Most units only require pressing <enter> after password, some require pressing <ctrl>+<enter> after password and some require holding down <ctrl> while pressing <enter> once or twice. Good luck.

Looks like your options are limited to either contacting Dell support (They can help you) Here:

or pay a commercial password site. But, be careful who you send money to.

Are you looking for Bios password or windows password.
If Bios try one of these:
