Passwords are for QWERTY keyboard only (standard US)
Some units only require pressing <enter> after password, some require pressing <ctrl>+<enter> after password and some require holding down <ctrl> while pressing <enter> once or twice. Good luck.
did not work try all 3 ways

Sorry no.
Looks like your options are limited to either contacting Dell support (They can help you) Here:
Hardware Chat
or pay a commercial password site.
Such as:
Bios Password Removal | Bios Password Recovery

But, be careful who you send money to.
No matter which direction you decide to go, Please report back with who you used and your thoughts on their service.

Hi I have tryed more password for my server Cisco Ironport c60 by Dell with BIOS Phoenix.

I have this service tag: 8NZOQ31 or 8NZ0Q31, I don't know if is a "zero" or a "o" alphabetic.

Password calculated with Dell BIOS Password Generator don't work:
1rf8f6e1
4j953acu
q3wAOxh82yTO7p3N
mf2feti3
o041ul6a
du45n260u0gcwcjR

I need HELP. (sorry for my english, I'm a Italian guy, and we have Berlusconi here. He does not give us time to study English) -.-

Thanks!

Sorry but I do not think I can help on this one. Does it give a error code after 3 wrong attempts?
