No hash, nothing, only "The password was entered incorrectly three times. The setup is locked and cannot be unlocked until the system is rebooted"

I have removed the BIOS battery, all settings was lost but the password is still set.

just to clarify before I try this again, the HHD password is the password I chose for admin and can't remember right? Just making sure its not some factory thing...I'm clueless...lol and if I try these codes and they don't work...am I locked out for good? Is the BIOS code a one time thing or can I use it multiple times? Its the only thing that has worked so far....should I try harder to remember my admin password?

Ok, the password you were given is a generic BIOS one based on the error code you reported. It will get you into the bios only. While in bios you can try to clear the need for future bios passwords. (won't help on hhd password) BUT, changing the wrong thing in bios can really screw everything up!
Not meaning to be rude but it sounds like you need to talk to Dell Support about this.
They can be contacted here: Hardware Chat

I haven't even got into BIOS yet...but I know the BIOS password u gave me worked because when u turn on outer its a black screen says enter password in middle of screen written in blue. So I entered the bios passed u gave me, then it said enter HDD password, so I tried the 3 u gave me, none worked...and it only allowed 8 characters then begins to beep thus the 2nd HDD password u suggested couldn't even try...suggestions? Help :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-)

I've got a dell Inspiron n4030 (service tag: bndhym1) with a bios password. Yanking the bios battery didn't clear it (unfortunate because it was a freaking pain to get too), any help would be greatly appreciated!

Generating password from generic error code doesn't work and already gave you ones generated from service tag. So am afraid you're stuck with buying new hard drive. Course, could try Dell.
